Dr. John Ashbaugh is a wonderful pet doctor. I love this place and look forward to bringing Sparkey back when he needs any medical help.

I have never used their boarding services but I have used their veterinary services and have been so pleased every time! I LOVE Dr. Ashbaugh. He is so informative and takes the time to explain things to me so I understand. He also has responded to emails and phone calls quickly and didn’t rush me off the phone. I never have felt overcharged either. I find their rates very affordable and they always send me home completely prepared.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. The facility looked very clean and my dog really likes it there. We now have our second dog in training. Halle rocked it and communicated weekly on our dogs report.

We know Leo is a handful and loves attention. He loves his time at daycare because he comes back exhausted. We watch the pet cam and see the caretakers watching over and making sure the dogs are being tended to. Thx for the great care.

Primarily your receptionists who are so welcoming and friendly. I never cease to be amazed that they remember every single dog's name. All of your staff are very warm and friendly. It is a pleasure to go to Snug.
